Effective date: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Print Shop MIS website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by My Print Shop MIS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
My Print Shop MIS is a cloud-based print shop management platform for quotes, orders, production, customer communication, reporting, and optional integrations with third-party tools such as accounting, tax, shipping, and AI providers. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and any integrations you enable.
You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business when you register. Notify us promptly at support@myprintshopmis.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Paid plans (such as Starter and Pro) are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Pricing, included features, and user limits are described on our website and may change with notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan and any applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service, including customer records, quotes, orders, artwork references, and shop settings. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to use the content you upload or sync through the Service, including customer information and designs.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or harms other customers or the Service.
The Service may connect to third-party products such as QuickBooks Online, Wave Accounting, Rapid Tax, vendor catalogs, email providers, and AI platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, API limits, or data handling.
Some integrations may incur separate charges from the third party (for example, Intuit API usage or AI token costs). You are responsible for those third-party fees and for complying with their terms.
AI-powered features (such as AI Quote, template builder, and custom reporting) generate suggestions based on the information you provide. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for pricing, production, or customer communications.
We strive to keep the Service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Support response times may vary by plan; Pro subscribers may receive priority support where offered.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you have not paid fees, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or extended inactivity, subject to applicable notice where reasonable.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy, backup practices, and legal obligations. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting support before or shortly after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
